The Address Hotel Resorts is a 5 star resort that wants to give the best possible solution to its clients therefore they have chosen the best components throughout the hotel. The challenge was to have all the components work continuous , even in the event of a power failure so they can provide their customers with the best service. This continuous power had to be provided throughout the building and even on small locations. Also the management of all the locations had to be done central.
Solution
The Address Hotels Resorts wants to give her clients the best available quality and service therefore we have chosen for the complete solution of EAST:
On almost all the 65 floors of the Address Hotel are EA900 online UPS systems positioned, giving continuous power without a switching moment to the switches and telephone system. In the event of a power failure the guest and staff are able to make calls and even surf the internet and watch tv.
For the security systems we have decided to go for the EA300PRO series. Throughout the building there are camera's positioned protecting the clients, belongings and are there for detecting fire. Law requires them to work all the time even in the event of a power failure.
The EA300PRO is able to provide this 24 x 7 service.
All the components in the hotel are managed in a couple of centrallocations. These locations are protected in the event of a power failure through the highly stable EA803 UPS, providing online continues powerto these key locations without a switching moment.
The Address hotel Resorts has chosen a complete management package to manage all the UPS systems throughout the Hotel. The UPS systems are managed through a central management console for the day to day management, in the event of an unexpected event they have chosen the widely used BACNET to provide information to the Building Management system (BMS) so that problems in the power grid or UPS can be detected within seconds and they can provide the customers with the best possible service.
