USB software.

The USB software that comes standard with the UPS needs to be installed before connecting the computer to the UPS. When doing this before installaiton windows will load its own drivers that can not work with the EAST UPS UPS.

RS232 software

The software used with the RS232 needs to be set on the correct port of your computer in the configuration page of your software

RS232 in combination wiht SNMP

This combination is not possible.

SNMP card

the SNNP card need to be set to the correct protocol in the configuration page of the SNMP card.
